Jeanine Simpson started with competitive
gymnastics at the age of 7 and then with competitive dance at the age
of 12. She fell in love with the art of dance so deeply that she knew
that it would always be part of her life even as a kid. Jeanine graduated
from DC Dance Factory in 1995 where she continued on to dance at the
University of Tennessee with a full scholarship.
After that she became a NFL professional
cheerleader for the Tennessee Titans where she cheered at the Super
Bowl, and was selected as the Pro Bowl cheerleader to represent the
Titans in Hawaii in 2001. Jeanine was featured in numerous appearances
with the Titans with celebrities such as Travis Tritt, Toby Keith, Lee
Greenwood, and 98 degrees. After three years with the squad as a cheerleader
captain, Jeanine was named choreographer to the team, where she served
the title for two years.
Jeanine has performed in numerous industrial
shows, country music videos and local as well as national TV appearances.
Jeanine has choreographed for numerous dance studios and individuals.
Jeanine has been a teacher at DC Dance Factory for the past six years.
She specializes in working with and choreographing for the younger students
on the competition team. Her choreography has won numerous awards, and
her students have won numerous national titles. She finds that the greatest
reward is to know that she has made a positive impact on a child's life
that will always stay with them.
