Register for the 2008-2009 year
July 18th - 4:00-8:00pm registration only for returning DC students
July 19th 10:00-3:00pm registration for anyone interested in Fall classes
July 26th 10:00-3:00pm registration for anyone interested in Fall classes
August 9th 10:00-12:00 final registration for anyone interested in Fall classes
*Classes will fill on a first come first serve basis
*There is a $30 nonrefundable registration fee due at the time of registration
Company tryouts will be as follows:
You need to bring your child to the tryout based on what age they are as of Jan 1, 2009. So if for example your child is 6 and will turn 7 on Dec 15th you will bring them to the 7 year old tryout. I know its a little confusing but this is easier for us since 90% of the comps have that age rule. They need to wear all black to the tryout , can be shorts and top or leotard, etc. They must bring hiphop clothes and hiphop shoes, ballet shoes, and a jazz shoe or foot undeez. Hair must be neatly pulled back. Those wishing to tryout for a solo can do so on the same day as regular tryout and will need to bring music and a routine that is 1 minute long that is self choreographed or mom can help with the little ones.

All dancers age 7-8 as of Jan 1st 2009
5:30-7:00 tryouts
7:00-8:00 solo tryouts for dancers 5-8 as of jan 1st 2009

5:00-7:30 tryouts
7:30-8:30 solo tryouts for dancers age 15 and up
Dancers not in town for tryouts can submit a video tape with required skills on it but video tape tryouts will only be considered if the company is not full after the regular tryouts.
